Scientist Dr. Fuji has been hired by team rocket leader Giovanni to use his expertise in cloning to build a living weapon based on an eyelash from legendary Pokémon Meo. Fuji has transformed his side’s project with Giovanni as a fund for the resurgence of his deceased daughter Amber. In a laboratory, the weapon eventually achieves emotion and its name is Meatso. Meveto coincides with amber’s unconscious consciousness, named Amberwu, as well as clones of other Pokémon in the laboratory. However, meveto is left after a deep trauma after Umberto and the rest of the clones disintegrate and die. To stabilize him, Fuji calmed down Mewato, making him forget the time he spent with his friends.
